Anybody know if there's a way to automatically generate an email every time something on this site is updated?

Shaun Walbridge is our Plone-master and could best answer this question.  He has been prototyping an RSS-Email bridge within Plone, but I think it is currently only implemented in a different version of our Plone sites.
