I'll keep this short, since I don't know how/whether this works.  We got agreement to have our TOSSM modeler (Dave Gregovitch) do 2 months worth of modeling before the end of September if we can fund him.  This will be the most rapid and guaranteed way to get simulation product before the October meeting.  Should we write a statement of work and send to Mike for funds or do others want to comment first?
