Changes to our research proposal

Lindsay, Idse, and I met today to discuss the next steps in developing our Luce project.  We appreciate the feedback on our proposal, and think that it definitely can be expanded to cover other conservation-related ballot initiatives in California over time.  However, we would like to begin by working on Prop 23 as this is a manageable task that we can complete using the skills and expertise currently at our disposal.  We welcome any additional feedback on this proposal or our overall research plan.
