Paper Format

What type of paper should we aim for? (1) ‘thought piece’ – little data, case studies with lots of opinion, easy/fast to write (assuming we can all agree!), will have to focus on one or two key ideas. (2) ‘formal review’ – more detailed literature search, broader interest to readers, will still have to focus our outline. (3) ‘long-format review’ – detailed literature analysis, multiple sections, lots of work, may need to expand outline depending on journal. Please voice your opinion.
