phylogeny of 10 angiosperms — by milligan — last modified Nov 19, 2010 10:05 AM
This tree was created with Neighbor Joining in MEGA using a Kimura 2-Parameter model, complete deletion, and 1000 bootstrap iterations. Numbers represent branch lengths. The gene used was the rbcL, and these were trimmed to ~600bp in the first half of the rbcL gene corresponding to coverage for all 11 species in the alignment (10 plants + 1 algal outgroup sequence).
pairwise path lengths for 10 angiosperms — by milligan — last modified Nov 19, 2010 10:08 AM
These distances were calculated from the NJ tree (phylogeny of 10 angiosperms). The distances represent the cumulative branch length from one species to another.

This is a Newick-format tree for the Asteraceae. Branch lengths are in units of time. Source: Torices (2010).
