phylogeny of 10 angiosperms

This tree was created with Neighbor Joining in MEGA using a Kimura 2-Parameter model, complete deletion, and 1000 bootstrap iterations. Numbers represent branch lengths. The gene used was the rbcL, and these were trimmed to ~600bp in the first half of the rbcL gene corresponding to coverage for all 11 species in the alignment (10 plants + 1 algal outgroup sequence).
